Review or How-to?

So….it’s been a few days since I’m posted anything new. I’ve actually been contemplating what new place to try. I’ve actually been hearing good things about Mario’s Peruvian, so that might be the next place I try. Also wanted to try this new Argentinian grill in Brea called Carvao Grill. So expect some new reviews soon and a how-to on Salmon and Tuna Tartare. Again sorry for so many days without updates, I’ve been busy with a few projects. For now stay tuned and “Bon Appetit”
